SYNTHESIS  OF THE PROGRAMME OF ACTION

The Cercle de Réflexion des Nations (CRN) is based on three ACADEMIES which will have their own statutes and specific internal regulations. 

        1. The Peace Medical Academy
 
    • Inaugurated on 1st November 2004 at United Nations Headquarters in the presence of the representatives of Burkina Faso, Cap Verde, Republic of Congo, Niger, Russian Federation and South Africa
 
    • Memorandum signed on 10 December 2004 with the Hue Central Hospital and the Hué University of Medicine (Viet Nam)
 

      -    College of Academicians:  One academician for each Member State of the CRN, selected among eminent medical authorities, proposed by its Government and appointed for life.  

    • Center:  Hué City (Viet Nam)
 
    • Meetings: at least twice a year
 
    • Activities:

      Compile a “ Guide-book of Fundamental Medicine  ” in all kind of effective and inexpensive methods of treatment: modern, natural, traditional medicine, ancestral or substitution.

      Facilitate the progressive installation of  “Community Free Treatment Centers” and put in service the hospital ship “L’Humanité”, intended for the most impoverished peoples 

                                  2. The Academy of Peace Training 

    • Inaugurations:
 

      The Doctorate in Peace Administration (DPA): inaugurated on 23 May 2000 at United Nations Headquarters in the presence of the representatives of Algeria, Benin, Grenada, Lesotho, Monaco, Russian Federation and the Peace-keeping Operations of the United Nations

      The PhD in International Governance and Sustainable Development: inaugurated on 1st March 2006 at United Nations Headquarters in the presence of the representatives of Brunei Darussalam, Cape Verde, China, Comoros, Ethiopia, Guyana, Haiti, Iran, Malaysia, Mali, Marshall Islands, Maurice, Mexico, Tunisia, Viet Nam as well as the UNITAR (the United Nations).  

    • PhD: General Agreement signed with the UNITAR and NAPA (Government of Viet Nam) on 13 October 2005 in Hanoi

    • DPA: Agreement signed in 2006 with University Al Akhawayne (H.M. the King of Morocco)
 
    • Two programmes of doctorate are opened to the Member States of the CRN:  DPA: Two current promotions since 2002 and PhD: in process of selection candidates
 
    • Originality of the Doctorates: the title and the diploma will be delivered after the concret projects for peace or the international good governance mentioned in the theses are effectively realized by candidates in their own country
 
    • Objective: to train in 10 years 22000 “Top Leaders” of peace in about a hundred country
 

      -   College of Academicians : One academician for each Member State of the CRN, selected among eminent professors, religious, or industrial leaders, proposed by its Government and appointed for life  

    • Centers: in Asia, Africa/ Arab World and Latin America
 
    • Meetings: at least twice a year
 
    • Activities: to supervise, assist the Doctorate training programme and the realization of the thesis projects on the site in each country.
 

                      3.  The Academy For Peace  

    • Presented at the Conference held at “Bristol” in Paris (France) on 14  May 2004 in presence of the representatives of Algeria, Bangladesh, Morocco and Viet Nam
 
    • College of Academicians: One academician for each Member State of the CRN, selected among emblematic figures of peace in their countries, proposed by his Government and appointed for life
 
    • Center:  In Paris in a prestigious place like “La Coupole” of the French Academy
 
    • Activities:

-Compile an Encyclopedia of Peace: synthesis of initiatives for peace in each country, proposal the practical solutions to solve the conflicts

- Award annually the Globe of Peace to an artistic, literary works or noble actions infavour of peace
