PhD of International Governance and Sustainable Development

Within the main objective of building International Governance with a new vision of peace, UNITAR (United Nations Institute for Training and Research), CRN (Cercle de Réflexion des Nations) and NAPA (National Academy of Public Administration) agree to consider setting up the PhD of International Governance and Sustainable Development for Ministers, Vice-Ministers, Senior Executive Officers of Vietnam as well as Member States and Observers to the United Nations.

NAPA, represented by H.E. M. Nguyen Ngoc Hien, President of NAPA, Vice-Minister of Home-Affairs of Vietnam. CRN represented by Dr. Michel Thao Chan, Chairman. UNITAR represented by H.E. M. Marcel Boisard, General Manager of UNITAR, Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations.
