1 October 2016- New York: The Cercle de Réflexion des Nations / UNCR University awarded the degree of Doctor in Peace Administration Honoris Causa to His Holiness Pope Francis 1st, His Majesty Mohammed VI, King of Morocco, His Excellency Mr. Roch Kaboré President of the Republic of Burkina Faso and His Excellency Mr. Patrice Talon President of the Republic of Bénin for their commitments to the world peace, their fight for democraty and interests of their States to define and promote the Duties of Man.

 

August 2016- New York: The Doctoral candidates of Peace Administration Programme from Burkina Faso, the Democratic Republic of Congo, France and Switzerland are in course of admission to the special promotion Jean Gazarian after obtaining  the co-tuelle agreements of interuniversities.


June 23, 2016 New York- The Burkina Faso confirms the analyzation the possible sponsorship of the Declaration of Human Duties Project inspired by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted in 1948 by the United Nations.

Sponsorship of the program by International Organization of La Francophonie is considered. This promotion will be extended later to English-speaking countries.

November 10, 2015- Rome- Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations ( FAO) believes that the Biochar is "an interesting topic in the context of sustainable development of agriculture", joining the opinion of the World Bank who called Biochar of "Third Green Revolution"


25 September 2015- Paris- The head of the French State charge of organizing the COP21 on global warming involvinging 195 countries in the United Nations initiative indicates that the "Universal Declaration of Duties of Man" evoked by the CRN coincides with the project of "Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Humanity" proposed by France to "fight against the irresponsibility of the behavior towards the Earth”
