Dr. Thi Kieu My Pérez

Dr. Thi Kieu My Pérez, a US citizen of Vietnamese origin, is fluent in English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Vietnamese and has a working knowledge of Japanese and Russian. Dr. Ho-Pérez graduated from the Ho Chi Minh City School of Medicine in 1981.  From 1982 to 1989, she worked in the Thu Duc district of Vietnam.  She became the President of the American Foundation of Education in Vietnam in 1992.  By 1994, she co-founded the Cercle de Réflexion des Nations (CRN).  She later served as General Secretary of CRN.


Dr. Ho-Pérez is married and the mother of two children.
