Dr. Jean-Luc Pérez

Dr. Jean-Luc Pérez, a U.S. citizen of French origin, and is fluent in French, Italian, and English.   

Dr. Pérez has a Master's degree in Political Science and a Juris Doctor.  From 1969 to 1973, he worked in France as a Public Treasury Controller.  He later worked as General Manager of Arcobel (Switzerland) and the biotechnology firm, Inceltech Group (headquartered in Europe).  In 1990, Dr. Pérez founded the Holistic Institute of Applied Economics—an MBA program in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.  He was later appointed by the Minister of Education in Vietnam as Vice President of COPREM (Joint Commission with Parity of Representation) and then appointed Official Representative of the Vietnamese Government to UNESCO and several other countries.  These ministerial missions brought Dr. Pérez to the Cercle de Réflexion des Nations (CRN) project in 1994 to the United Nations.  He has been functioning as the CEO of CRN since 1996.

Dr. Pérez is married and the father of five children.
